Online ordering is provided via our website and secure ordering pages operated through our ordering partner GloriaFood, accessible at:

By placing an order online, you confirm that all information provided, including your contact details and payment information, is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when your order is accepted and confirmed as ready for collection or dispatched for delivery.
3. Delivery and Collection
King of Spice offers collection and delivery within a six-mile radius of the restaurant location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, and order volume. King of Spice is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Customers collecting orders should arrive at the advised collection time. Orders not collected within a reasonable period may not be remade or refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring food is suitable for their dietary requirements. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs when ordering.
4. Menu, Pricing and Availability
All menu items, prices, and offers are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.
If a pricing or description error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before preparing the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
5. Payment
Payments for online orders are processed securely through our ordering and payment service providers. By placing an order, you authorise the applicable payment to be charged using your chosen payment method.
Telephone orders may be paid for at collection or as otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within a reasonable time before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
If an error occurs with your order or you are dissatisfied due to a fault on our part, please contact us promptly. Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion and, where applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.
7. Loyalty Programme (VIP Rewards)
King of Spice operates a digital VIP loyalty programme offering stamps and rewards on qualifying orders.
Stamps and rewards are issued only on direct orders placed with King of Spice, including online and telephone orders. Orders placed via third-party delivery platforms are excluded from loyalty eligibility.
Loyalty accounts are linked to the customer’s mobile number and/or email address. Customers should use the same contact details when ordering and when adding or presenting their digital rewards card to ensure stamps are correctly recorded.
King of Spice reserves the right to adjust, refuse, or remove stamps or rewards where duplicate accounts, misuse, or fraudulent activity are identified.
The loyalty programme, rewards structure, and benefits may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
By joining the loyalty programme, you agree that King of Spice may send you emails relating to your rewards, offers, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
8. Digital Gift Cards
King of Spice digital gift cards may be purchased and redeemed directly with King of Spice.
Gift cards are redeemable when ordering by telephone. Website redemption functionality is planned but not currently available.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, expired, or unused balances cannot be replaced unless required by law.
9. Promotions and Offers
From time to time, King of Spice may offer promotions, discounts, or vouchers. Such offers:

may be limited in duration or quantity
may be withdrawn or modified without notice
cannot be combined unless expressly stated
King of Spice reserves the right to refuse or cancel promotional redemptions where misuse or abuse is suspected.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and text are the property of King of Spice. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, King of Spice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
